Who we are
J Payne Services is a specialist contract cleaning business working across poultry houses and wider farm buildings. We're family-run, we own our own plant, and the same faces turn up on your site crop after crop. Every farm runs to its own timetable, so we plan around yours — regular bookings for customers we work with all year, and short-notice cleans when a batch date moves. Fair pricing, honest timings, and no corners cut on the parts nobody sees.
Built around your batch dates
We handle the whole turnaround or just the stages you need: clearing and carting litter from chicken, turkey, duck and geese housing, washing the building and its equipment down, then disinfecting ready for the next crop to arrive. As well as poultry housing we clean other livestock sheds including pig and cattle buildings, plus vegetable stores, farmyards and machinery.
