Our services

Everything between one crop leaving and the next arriving.

We take sheds from full of litter to clean, disinfected and ready. Take the lot as one turnaround, or just call us in for the part of it you can't cover yourself.

How a turnaround runs

01

Litter removal

Loaders and the telehandler go in the day the crop leaves. Litter is windrowed, loaded out and away in our own trailers — or heaped wherever suits you. We pick the machine to fit the doorway and the shed, which saves time and saves your concrete.

02

Pressure washing

Working from the roof steels downwards: ceilings, walls, fans, drinker and feeder lines, bins, then floors last. Dirty water is pumped or squeegeed out so you're not left with puddles standing in the house.

03

Hot washing

For grease, scale and stubborn organic soiling we run hot water through the washers — it shifts what a cold wash leaves behind and gives the disinfectant a properly clean surface to work on.

04

Disinfecting & fumigating

Once surfaces are clean and drained we go over the building with an approved disinfectant at label rate, checking coverage as we go. Where a site needs it, we fumigate the finished house to reach the spots a lance can't. We can use the product your integrator specifies if you'd rather.

05

Floor burning & liming

Floors are burnt off at high temperature to deal with what a washer alone can leave behind in cracks and joints, then limed to finish — a belt-and-braces pass for sites under pressure on results.

Also on the list

Jobs we get asked for while we're already on the farm — one-offs or a standing arrangement, whichever is easier for you.

Feed bin washing

Feed bins and silos washed inside and out using the boom lift — no ladders, no missed patches, and no feed going back into a dirty bin.

Groundcare

Grass cutting with our Kubota zero-turns, ditching and general tidying around the sheds — keeping the site as tidy outside as we leave it inside.

Our own workshop

Tractors, trailers, washers and loaders are serviced by our own fitters, so a breakdown doesn't turn into a lost week for you.

Regular customers get their turnarounds booked into the diary ahead of time, and if a placement date moves or something goes wrong, ring us — we'll fit you in where we can.
